High-level experienceAs well as managing a portion of TWA's historic merger with American Airlines, Carter helped create and manage the first ever TWA Project Office. He went on to become Head of the Global IT PMO at American Airlines, and held several other senior posts with American Airlines in the EMEA/ASPAC(Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific) regions. Some of his more Special Projects at American Airlines, managing a series of high-profile initiatives including the feasibility studies, due diligence of offshore outsourcing, and the start up of new services, as well as advising on new terminals moves. Then, at Silverjet, Carter led the technical Project Management Office before becoming Head of Projects for Customer Experience. This broader role saw him rise to a range of challenges - from next-generation cabin interiors and aircraft selection to airport affairs for new destination airports.
